Jurnal Mutu Teologi dan Pendidikan (JMTP), also known as the Journal of Theology and Education Quality, is a scholarly journal published by Sekolah Tinggi Teologi Injili Jakarta (STTIJA). JMTP focuses on the development of knowledge and practice in the fields of theology, Christian religious education, spiritual leadership, and Christian education management, with particular attention to improving the quality of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education: education, research, and community service (PkM).

JMTP provides an academic forum for lecturers, researchers, academics, and practitioners to disseminate scholarly works that contribute to the development of theology and Christian education. The journal publishes research articles, conceptual and literature studies, and community service (PkM) articles related to its focus and scope.

JMTP is published twice a year (biannually) in electronic/online format through the Open Journal System (OJS). The journal has been published since 2025 and applies an Open Access policy, allowing published articles to be freely accessed by the academic community and the wider public.
